Sowie Skały — how to get there
To reach Sowie Skały in Szklarska Poręba, follow the blue trail from the centre: from Cafe Esplanada turn left towards the wide steps, continue along ul. Obrońców Pokoju and ul. Franciszkańska, and just before the car park by the church turn right and follow the markings into the forest.
On foot from the centre
- From Cafe Esplanada follow the blue trail to the left, towards the wide steps.
- Walk through the trees to ul. Obrońców Pokoju, then uphill past the school along ul. Franciszkańska.
- Just before the car park by the church (on your right), turn right and follow the trail markings through the forest to the rocks.
Where to park
There are municipal car parks in the centre of Szklarska Poręba: 1 PLN per half hour, 8 PLN for the first hour, 7 PLN for the second and third (as of September 2026, town parking rules (opens in a new tab), in Polish). Machines take coins only; you can also pay in the MOBILET and City Park App apps.
