Polana Jakuszycka — how to get there
You can reach Polana Jakuszycka in Szklarska Poręba by line 311 train to the Polana Jakuszycka stop next to the Lower Silesian Sports Centre, by car (about 30 minutes from Jelenia Góra, 200-space underground car park) or by FlixBus or PKS coach, which stop near the centre.
By train
Polana Jakuszycka stop on line 311 (Jelenia Góra – Szklarska Poręba – Jakuszyce – Harrachov) has been next to the DCS since December 2022. Trains run here from Szklarska Poręba Górna, among other stations. Timetables are on the Koleje Dolnośląskie and DCS websites.
Note: according to the town’s notice of 31 August 2026, replacement buses run instead of trains between Jelenia Góra and Szklarska Poręba Górna from 31 August to 24 October 2026. An earlier notice gave different dates, so check with Koleje Dolnośląskie before travelling.
By car
From Jelenia Góra the drive usually takes about 30 minutes on national road no. 3 towards the Harrachov border crossing. Park in the DCS underground car park — see the parking page.
By coach
FlixBus (stop “Szklarska Poręba, Jakuszyce”) and PKS coaches stop near the centre.
