How do you pay and who parks free?
Municipal parking meters take coins only and give no change, so the MOBILET or City Park App is often easier. Leave the ticket behind the windscreen. Parking without paying brings an additional charge of 200 PLN, cancelled if you show that you paid within 15 minutes of the ticket expiring. Electric cars are exempt, and so are drivers with a disabled parking card using the marked blue bays.
