Where to leave the car when driving from Szklarska to the Brick Museum

There are no visitor parking spaces at the Brick Museum, so if you drive from Szklarska Poręba, the most convenient options are municipal car park no. 12 (by the Town Hall) and no. 2 (by the tunnel) — both are on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja, the same street as the museum entrance.

The two car parks closest to the entrance

  • Municipal car park no. 12 — ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja, by the Town Hall. The first 30 minutes are free (once a day, with a ticket from the machine).
  • Municipal car park no. 2 — corner of ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja and ul. Parkowa, by the tunnel. You pay from the first minute.

How much will you pay?

In 2026 Karpacz municipal car parks charge 8 PLN per hour or 40 PLN for the whole day (until midnight). The museum alone needs 1–2 hours; a day ticket only makes sense if you stay in Karpacz for more than 5 hours. The town lists all car parks on karpacz.pl (opens in a new tab) (in Polish).

Good to know

Set your navigation to ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja — that is where the entrance is, although the building’s address is ul. Mickiewicza 11. The promenade on ul. Konstytucji 3 Maja is being rebuilt in 2026; it is passable, but the walk may take a little longer.

Prices, hours and rules may change — please check the official website before you go. Official website: Brick Museum in Karpacz (opens in a new tab)
