Chybotek — how to get there
The shortest way to Chybotek in Szklarska Poręba is from the car park on ul. Matejki: about 600 m, 10–15 minutes. From the Szklarka Waterfall it is also about 600 m, but uphill — around 15–20 minutes.
From the car park on ul. Matejki
This is the shortest and easiest option. Follow the blue trail; on the way you can stop at the Złoty Widok viewpoint, a few minutes from Chybotek.
From the Szklarka Waterfall
From the car park on ul. Jeleniogórska (road no. 3) walk to the waterfall, then take the black trail and the link path to the blue trail uphill to Chybotek — about 600 m and 15–20 minutes. The Szklarka Waterfall is inside Karkonosze National Park, so a park ticket applies there (11 PLN standard, 5.50 PLN reduced, as of September 2026).
On foot from the town centre
The town route “#nawycieczkę z Duchem Gór” leads along the black trail on ul. 1 Maja to Leśna Huta and the Szklarka Waterfall, then along the blue trail to Chybotek. The whole loop is about 9.5 km and takes about 4 hours of walking.
