Can you take a dog into Karkonosze National Park?

Yes, but the dog must be kept on a lead. In selected places the park also bans dogs — around Szklarska Poręba this includes the gorge of Kamieńczyk Waterfall and the whole Ścieżka nad Reglami, i.e. the green trail from Przełęcz Karkonoska to the Pod Łabskim Szczytem hut and on along Mokra Droga to Jakuszyce. You can walk to Szklarka Waterfall with a dog on a lead. The rules and the sections with a ban are at kpn.gov.pl (opens in a new tab).
